This program is available for all Children’s Academy students. A.M. and P.M. students are invited to spend a full day at school. Advance notice is not necessary. Pack your child’s lunch and enclose the fee of $35 for Big Room students and $45 for Transitional and Little Room students. This enables half day students to enjoy a full day Montessori curriculum from 9A.M. to 3 P.M. . (Transitional Room and Little Room students must also bring a blanket for rest time.)
We will be continuing to offer our before and aftercare programs at the lower hourly fee of $10 per hour. We hope this will help some of our families with their difficult schedules to continue a wonderful Montessori education at The Academy. Before care will be available from 7:50 to 8:50 A.M. and after care will be available from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. Prior arrangements are appreciated but not necessary. We hope this will be a helpful service.
Little Room students are invited to enjoy lunch with Mrs. Lombardi from 11:30 to 1:00 P.M. daily. The fee for this program is $20 daily. Please click here for further information. THIS PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE TO LITTLE ROOM STUDENTS ONLY.
A Montessori education is a powerful foundation for many future years of learning. Kindergarten at The Academy is an excellent opportunity to have your child continue their growth, both socially and academically. If you are considering this option, please contact Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Sarno. They will be happy to discuss the program with you.
Mini-Camp at The Children’s Academy is a wonderful introduction for new students and a happy continuation for returning students. We are also very pleased to welcome those children who are not enrolled at The Academy. Mini-camp applications will be in your children’s Friday paperwork. Please return applications as soon as possible. If you have a friend or family member who would like to enroll their children, please call The Academy for applications.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
My name is Melissa Takizawa-Soper, the new volunteer Box Tops for Education coordinator at The Children’s Academy. We are looking forward to a reinvigorated effort to raise funds for our children’s school through this excellent program. Our goal for the school year 2010-2011 is to earn $300. You can order items from Innisbrook throughout the year. Just click on the link below to go to the Innisbrook site. Go to Shop the Innisbrook Store (box on the right), and enter our school number 111074. Students will not receive prize credits at this time, so just click “Click here if you do not want to assign credit”.
Innisbrook not only sells wrapping paper and chocolates, you can purchase school supplies and socks too! Take a look, there’s more available than what is in the catalog. The school will continue to profit from your orders throughout the year. Thanks for your support!
Welcome to “Spanish with Smiles”, where children leave each class with a smile on their face. Class consists of songs, games, role play, and other lively activities followed by discussion and reinforcement of skills.
Your child will have so much fun, he or she won’t even realize they are learning the Spanish language! Spanish class will be something your child will smile about and that smile goes beyond the lesson itself.
Children will have a positive openness to the sounds, songs, and stories of the Spanish language and culture.
Don’t miss out on this fun journey into Spanish.
